Why Liquids / Purees Are Required
The micro-shaving blade requires a solid, uniform frozen block of liquid. Loose frozen berries or dry ice cubes will bounce around, potentially bending the high-speed blade shaft or damaging the motor.
Safe Method: Blend or puree frozen fruit with liquid (water, juice, or milk) first, pour into the pint, and freeze solid for 24 hours before processing.
