PATH TO THE END
He came out from the doorway .
‘My first step’, he would say ,
‘Now this path will lead me to ashtray ,
Or somehow this way may lead to my fay .’
He had a destiny,
A dangerous game to play .
Thousands of footprints you see
He left on his way .
He felt the scorching ray
He saw the scary clouds too grey
He faced the lightning stormy bay
To reach his desired destiny,
To go to his dearest fay-
So much he had to pay !
He didn’t get any time to waste
He couldn’t get any time to rest
He had to pass the gruesome test
He tried and tried and tried his best
To finish his quest, to finish his quest-
He ran from the north to the west,
To the south from the east
With a hopeful chest he presented the breast
To the world and to its brawny beast.
Air blows
Moon glows
His speed slows
Down, and he reaches the desired town.
People welcome him with the winner’s crown.
He gets to his fay
He gets his own fay
That is!- that’s it! This is the bloody well ending ,
Feel, feel, feel the message he’s sending .
