Hair Pulling:
This is one of the more random complaints. Apparently, some users started complaining that the iPhone X is catching and pulling at the user’s hair. It may seem that the iPhone X is in particular attracted to beards and long hair with hair getting caught.
Incoming call delays:
Multiple- if even limited- reports gathered by Financial Times in February and piunikaweb all the way back in January suggested some users are having problems with incoming calls.
What users have described is this. A call can come in and the ring alert is heard. The screen will light up and show accept and decline options- but it won’t for around 5 to 10 seconds, which means the user will not take the call for some time and often misses it entirely.

Unresponsive screen:
Some people have found that their iPhone X screen became unresponsive in cold weather. In response, Apple has made an issue an iOS 11 update that will address the issue. At first, a thread from Reddit claimed, “It literally takes 2 seconds from going inside to the cold outdoors and my screen stops being very responsive.” According to some report on The Loop, Apply did, of course, confirm that they know of the issue. The company has stated that: “We are aware of instances where the iPhone X screen will become temporarily unresponsive to touch after a rapid change to a cold environment. After several seconds the screen will become fully responsive again. This will be addressed in an upcoming software update.”
The software update is now being issued. From the release notes of iOS 11.1.2 will fix an issue in which, the iPhone X gets temporarily unresponsive for touching after a massive temperature drop.
Face ID hacked:
There are now a number of cases in which people have claimed to fool Face ID to unlock someone else’s phone. There are some videos on YouTube which show identical twins unlocking each other’s iPhone X with Face ID. And Apple has confirmed that it is possible for identical twins to do it.
However, the most likely scenario in cases where a twin or family member can unlock an iPhone X that is at some point in the process the passcode is entered. It tells the Face ID to start to learn the new face as the old face. There are tests of this theory, with some identical twin friends but that twin two wasn’t able to open the phone when it was set up with twin one’s Face ID.
There is some startling information though. All that twin two needs to do is, enter the passcode and then the Face ID would update itself to recognize and their twin as well. There is a case in which a 10-year old boy was able to unlock his Mom’s iPhone X Face ID. In a statement about Face ID, Apple said that it has no recommendation for children to use Face ID. This is since their facial features are still developing.
Speaker buzzing issues:
In the latest news, some iPhone X users are experiencing distortion and buzzing sounds from the iPhone X speaker. iPhone X users who are on Reddit and Twitter have reported hearing crackling sounds when they used the iPhone X’s speakerphone at a high volume. However, one Reddit user claims that this happens even when the volume is just 50%.
