‘EastEnders’: Jacqueline Jossa And Lorna Fitzgerald To Leave As Lauren And Abi Branning

‘EastEnders’ has confirmed Jacqueline Jossa and Lorna Fitzgerald are departures the soap as sisters Lauren and Abi Branning.

The combine is going to be creating an exit from the BBC soap within the coming months, as new boss John Yorke appearance to show the show’s declining fortunes around in the wake of former executive producer Sean O’Connor’s unexpected departure in June.

Here’s high drama on EastEnders on as Lauren Branning delivers a stinging slap to her sister Abi once the death of her groom-to-be Steven Beale.

New photos show the blazing row between the sisters within the aftermath of Friday’s episode which discovered that Beale died within the hearth in prince consort square.

He died in hospital seconds once finding out that Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) was pregnant with his baby. Beale had been lying to Lauren (Jacqueline Jossa) Associate in Nursingd his family about having a tumor to lure her in an engagement.

 

Emotions run high between the Branning sisters on EastEnders
In Monday’s episode, emotions bubble over between the sisters as they struggle to deal with his death.

Abi is wanting to keep her secret and accuses Lauren of ne’er charmed Steven, leading Lauren to slap her.

 

“He has a type for making vast plots, so they’re in safe hands over their departure,” the source told the newspaper.

“It will be one among the biggest on-screen moments of the year.”

Lorna joined the soap in 2006, once enjoying minor roles in Casualty and adverts for Childline and Nescafe.

Her character — taphouse cook Abi — is pregnant with love-rat Steven Beale’s baby, even though he was Lauren’s fiancé. He was killed throughout a bungled burning on a weekday.
