The Golden Master Ratio Formula
For 1 Standard 16 oz Pint:
– Liquid Base (11–12 oz): Fairlife 2% Milk, Fairlife Protein Shake, or Unsweetened Almond Milk.
– Protein Powder (1 Scoop / 30g): Whey/Casein blend works best.
– Stabilizer (1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum OR 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Instant Pudding Mix): Crucial to prevent icy texture.
– Sweetener (1-2 tbsp): Monk fruit, Allulose, or Erythritol.
Step-by-Step Process
- Mix: Whisk liquid, protein powder, and stabilizer in a bowl until smooth (or use a handheld frother).
- Pour & Freeze: Pour into Ninja Creami pint. Freeze flat for 24 hours at 0°F without the lid on to ensure a level top surface.
- First Spin: Place pint in outer bowl and run on “Lite Ice Cream”.
- Check & Re-Spin: The first spin will likely look powdery or crumbly. Add 1 tablespoon of liquid (milk/water) and run “Re-Spin”.
- Mix-In: Add crushed Oreo, peanut butter, or chocolate chips, then run “Mix-In” for 60 seconds.
