WWE Raw has aired a very newsworthy Superstar Shake-Up. The Red Brand didn’t go off the air without an apparent raid from the SmackDown roster. The big winner as it seems so far is the Raw brand. It has got yet another stacked up to the class in 2018. With SmackDown airing possibly as a lesser priority in 2019, if the show moves from the USA to the less heralded FS1. This is a two-part program of Winners & Losers of WWE’s Superstar Shake-Up Night One:
Winner:
The Riott Squad: The Riott Squad has come in hot and spoiled one of the top feud’s of the women’s division. Absolution may finally break from being a duo as Paige is on SmackDown. So this gives the trio of Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan and Liv Morgan a chance to shine on the bigger brand.
Loser:
Jinder Mahal: Mahal looked to make a slow climb to the top of the mountain. It first started with his Mania win. However, things have now gone sour. He was forced by RAW GM Kurt Angle to compete in a match for the U.S. Championship against Jeff Hardy. And he lost clean. This may bud a feud between Mahal and Angle but it is far more likely that Mahal will start a feud with No Way Jose.
Winners:
Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn: These two were starting feel like two very big fishes in the small pond that is SmackDown. However, things have taken a turn for the better. They have been brought to RAW and the duo looks to have a fresh start as high-caliber Main Event superstars.
Losers:
The Miz & Miztourage: The Miz has done for a better part of his career when he had at least one manager. He rose through the ranks of RAW and became WWE Champion with Alex Riley by his side. He became a Main Event level Intercontinental Champion with Maryse by his side back in 2016. However, now Miz has been sent to SmackDown with the Miztourage left in RAW. He may have a chance at the WWE World Title. But, history says otherwise.

Winner:
Natalya: The women’s division on SmackDown Live has been shallow and repetitive for some time now. So, any change is likely to bring some fresh air. As is the case with Natalya moving to RAW.
Loser:
Dolph Ziggler: He has been languishing at the bottom of the card for a long time now. So, it should be clear to anyone how the current storyline will go.
Winner:
Drew McIntyre: There were some speculations as to which brand Drew would head to. This shows that the WWE may well be interested in making McIntyre’s return a success. It will be interesting to see how they handle him in the first few feuds.

Losers:
Breezango: The duo were free to do their comedy acts how they wanted to. But on RAW, it hardly looks like the case. They may as well be used as jobbers from here on.
Bobby Roode: While this may sound huge, but WWE didn’t know how to use Roode on SmackDown. They may be even more clueless of how to use him on RAW. So he is on the losing side here.
