At first, glance, skipping meals might seem good because you can say that when you miss meals, no extra calories will be added. No extra calories mean no extra fats. Controlling your eating habits is good, but it would even become more active if you will also exercise. Cardiovascular exercises are part and parcel of any healthy weight loss plan.
